If there is an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please notify us of any issue with the product(s) ordered upon discovery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our tinctures and salve can be returned within 7 days of the original product purchase date. A new, unopened product may be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund. Please note that CBD isolate powder is a final sale item and non-refundable. If you have received the wrong item, please notify is within 7 days to initiate a replacement. Replacements may only be arranged for unopened/unused products.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- You have obtained a product return code by contacting email@example.com within 7 days of original purchase.
- The product is unused and undamaged (please do not attempt to open bottles with pliers or other tools as this will void the return policy). If you are having difficulty opening the child resistant cap please read this tutorial. All tamper resistant bottle/packaging features must be intact completely upon return.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product, or otherwise, are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping (ALL packages MUST be shipped with a tracking number) and for the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) during shipping, both to and from VitalityHealthCBD.com.
***ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or lost items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
All Vitality CBD packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and come with $100CDN in insurance coverage from damage.
Should your package be lost during shipping, please contact email@example.com to initiate a claim with Canada Post. Refunds are not applicable to third party issues. If the claim is approved by Canada Post a credit code will be issued for the value of the order up to a maximum of the $100CND insurance coverage.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
